He possesses a Master's in Leadership, Baccalaureate in Education, Certifications in Technology. His academic background relative to Theology includes Degrees / Diplomas / Certificates in Christian Ministry, Biblical Counseling, Family Counseling and Consulting for churches and non-profit organizations. With a prophetic message and apostolic counsel, Pastor Job M. Ramos continues to develop his skills comprehensively. Pastor Ramos is Founder and President of Hermosa Instructional Paragon Inc. in Chicago, Illinois and is a director of The Community Center Inc. in Taylorsville, GA. Married to Danette Ocasio since May 1992, they are the parents of Josiah, Lukas and Charity. Job and Danette serve as General Pastors at Defenders of the Christian Faith - Hermosa Community Church, in Chicago, Illinois.
Rev. Nancy López

Rev. Nancy López, possesses a heart for missions and evangelism. Rev. López has served the Defenders of the Christian Faith Movement in many positions. Rev. López became the Presbyter of the Pacific Coast Region in 2015 and has served as a Trustee of the National Board of Directors since 2017. Rev. López has extensive educational experience as it relates to Theology. She has completed four years of Bible Institute, Leadership Classes, CORE School of Ministry, Chaplain and Missions Studies.
Rev. Andrés Romero

Rev. Andrés Romero has extensive experience in the areas of financial administration and management. He is a ministerial leader and currently serves as Regional Presbyter of the Defenders of the Christian Faith Movement of the Southeast. Rev. Romero holds a Master's degree in Theology from Western Theological Seminary.
Kathy Morales

Kathy Alexandra Morales has been married to Jose Rodriguez for 12 years, they are the parents to three daughters Alisha, Elyana, and Rebekah. Morales surrendered her life to Christ at the age of 23, and has been committed to His service for the past 15 years. Along with her husband, Morales currently serves as leaders at Mission Utah Defenders Christian Community Church in West Valley, Utah. Along with her service in West Valley, Morales serves as the Regional Secretary for the Pacific Coast Region. Morales became a layworker of the Defenders of Christian Faith Movement in 2019 and has served the Movement at different Conventions. Morales has completed Biblical studies with the Defenders Instituto Biblico and recently graduated from the School of Ministry (SOM) New Life Covenant in Tampa Bay, FL.
Ricky Rodriguez

Ricky Rodriguez surrendered his life to the Lordship of Jesus Christ at the age of 22, at Liberty Christian Center where Rev. William Vazquez pastored. In 2002, he transitioned to serve under Pastors John and Noemi Figueroa, where he has faithfully served. In 2004, pastor Rodriguez became a member of Defenders of the Christian Faith Movement. In April 2015, he was named Associate Pastor at Liberty Christian Center Menard and in 2019, he was named the Presbyter for the Midwest North Region.

Pastor Carlos Acosta has been the pastor at Iglesia Canaán in Manhattan, New York, since 2015. Pastor Carlos Acosta is married to Marlene Acosta. They have 4 children, 3 grandchildren and a daughter in law.
Rev. Guadalupe Ledesma

Rev. Guadalupe Ledesma gave his life to the Lord at the age of 22. Rev. Ledesma joined the Defenders of the Christian Faith Movement as a member of Monte Carmelo Church in Avenal, California in 1994. During Pastor Ledesma's 31 years of service at Monte Carmelo Church, he has served the church in various leadership positions and in May 2011, Pastor Ledesma accepted God’s call pastoral leadership and began pastoring Monte Carmelo Church, a position he continues to serve to this day. Rev. Guadalupe Ledesma is married to Elida, who serves with him in the work of the ministry. They have two adolescent children, Daniella and David. The family resides in Lemoore, California..
Rev. Roberto Mejia

Serving as a Trustee since 2019, he has been known as a true servant. He will not hesitate to respond to the needs of anyone around him. He is the Senior Pastor of Canaan Church in Brooklyn, NY. His desire to serve others brought him to become a Chaplain many years ago and is now the National Director for Canaan Christian Chaplain Academy.
Rev. Daniel E. Perez

As our Elder, he has served in multiple positions in the National Board for the last 30 years. Known for his wisdom and willingness to share it whenever needed. His desire to see others be used by God and prosper is unmatchable. He has become, without a doubt, the Elder everyone looks up to!
